Our small herd of Jersey cross cattle lives on pasture and hay forage all year. Without the supplemental grain, it takes our cattle longer to fill out. Finishing in 24 months with a nice marbling and very low-fat profile. Our beef has a rich robust flavor, unlike bland commodity beef. Our beef is processed by a local small butcher so no need for concerns with “pink slime” in your hamburger! We offer our beef in retail cuts, variety packages, 50 lbs. Beef Baskets, as well as cost-saving half and quarter beef shares.
