Turkeys are raised on Pasture with access to Non-GMO grains and fresh grass daily.
We raise Commercial White Turkeys. These are the same variety of birds that are used by industrial turkey farming. We have chosen to offer these because of their specific breeding to provide a quick growing full breasted turkey like people are used to buying. Our turkeys may be the same genetically to what you find at your local grocer, but that is where the similarities end. The turkeys are fed antibiotic-free feed on day 1. We never give any growth hormones or appetite stimulants. Our turkeys are given ample space, fresh air and clean water to maintain a healthy environment.
Our turkeys start their journey here as day-old poults. We provide them with access to pasture as soon as we can safely do so. They live out their weeks enjoying sunshine, grass, bugs and normal turkey lives. When the time comes we load up our turkeys in the most humane and low-stress experience we can provide and transport them to our local poultry processor. The finished product results in a 15-20 lbs fresh, never frozen whole turkey that is tender and flavorful, great for everyday cooking or dressing your holiday table!
Naturally raised pork

Our Pork is not your typical run of the mill grocery store pork, it is robust and full of flavor.
Our pigs live out their days coming and going as they please from barn to pasture. They dig and root in the edge of our woods and graze in the pastures. They are raised outside the way nature intended. They get to do all the things pigs love, dig, wallow in mud, eat (nuts, seeds, grubs, roots) and live like pigs! They have happy wagging tails and squeal with delight when the scrap bucket comes their way. They are fed a locally milled Non-GMO grain ration and excess produce. We offer our pork in retail cuts, variety packages, 50 lb. pork packages, as well as cost-saving half and whole hog shares.
Grassfed Beef

Our Grassfed beef is on grass from start to finish, no grain supplements. The end product is lean and flavorful.
Our small herd of Jersey cross cattle lives on pasture and hay forage all year. Without the supplemental grain, it takes our cattle longer to fill out. Finishing in 24 months with a nice marbling and very low-fat profile. It has a rich robust flavor, unlike bland commodity beef. Being processed by a local small butcher you have no need for concerns with “pink slime” in your hamburger! We offer our beef in retail cuts, variety packages, 50 lbs. Beef Baskets, as well as cost-saving quarter and half beef shares.

Pasture Raised Eggs

Heritage birds for both eggs and meat have access to fresh grass, ample space, fresh air and clean water
Our eggs are rich and delicious with a golden yellow yolk.
Our heritage birds start their journey here as day old straight run chicks, that are hatched by a local breeder. We provide them with access to pasture as soon as we can safely do so. Once we can determine the sex of the bird we separate the males and start them on a higher protein feed that will help them more develop more muscle. They will be raised on pasture alongside our broilers and processed, they will average around 4lb roaster that will have a rich and delicious flavor.
The lucky little ladies will join our laying flock in the egg mobile living out their lives enjoying sunshine, grass, bugs and normal chicken lives. We do provide supplemental lighting to encourage winter laying and to bring new layers into lay much earlier than they would naturally. After they are finished laying usually after 2 years, we process them with the most humane and low-stress experience we can provide. The finished product results in a 2.5 lbs average stewing bird that is lean and makes flavorful stocks and soups.

Chickens are raised on Pasture with access to Non-GMO grains and fresh grass daily.
We are not offering chicken for the 2022 market season.
Due to the increase of grain costs and the large amount of grain broiler chickens require to grow, we will not be offering broilers for the 2022 market season.
We raise Cornish Cross broilers. These are the same variety of birds that are used by industrial chicken farming. We have chosen to offer these because of their specific breeding to provide a quick growing full breasted bird like you are used to buying. Our broilers may be the same genetically to what you find at your local grocer, but that is where the similarities end. We provide Non-GMO, antibiotic-free feed from day 1. We never give any growth hormones or appetite stimulants. They have access to ample space, fresh air and clean water to maintain a healthy environment.
Our broilers start their journey here as day-old chicks. We provide them with access to pasture as soon as we can safely do so. They spend their weeks enjoying sunshine, grass, bugs and normal chicken lives. When butcher day comes we aim to provide them with the most humane, and low-stress processing experience we can. The finished product results in a 4.5 lbs average table bird that is lean and flavorful.
